SHIPPING POLICY
DECAMP provides the most cost-efficient delivery service, all products are shipped from Australian warehouses and the delivery time is 1-4 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery date for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider available, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

On all International Shipments tax is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on their rules and policies.
The customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid.
Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible.
This is often the day you order it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day.
All estimates are based on business days.
If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments.
Delivery will typically take 1 to 4 business days.
When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at info@decamp.com.au within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email from Amazon FBA to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
With DECAMP you can be sure of consistent, water bottle that meets the high quality and safety, delivered in spec and on time. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused and undamaged and all packaging, labels must remain intact and be attached with the item.
To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at info@decamp.com.au stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, provide your order number. Once your request is approved. you can return the item to our warehouse and we may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).

If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Contact us via info@decamp.com.au to have your order cancelled immediately. Please provide the order details, including the order number, receiver's name and/or email address. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:

If you need to cancel after 24 hours of the order and before the item is delivered, you will receive a full refund minus a shipping fee. All orders must be rejected at delivery. After receiving your returned item, the full refund minus the shipping fee will be credited back to your original payment within 3 business days.

Defective Item:
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem, please contact us at info@decamp.com.au before returning the item. We will, upon request, replace the item or issue the full refund.

Received the Wrong Item:
We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. After receiving your returned item, please send us an email to info@decamp.com.au indicating your order details. We will, upon request, send you the correct item or issue the full refund.

Item Damaged During Transit:
In the unlikely event your item arrives at you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at info@decamp.com.au. We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a full refund or exchange can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and receive confirmation. We may require images and/or videos of the defective product.

Missing or Lost Item:
If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at info@decamp.com.au with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package. The process will take 7 days until a formal confirmation can be received from the shipping company.
